🛍️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✔ The item received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

✔ The item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

✔ The request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

✔ Opened or used products

✔ Items with broken seals (unless proven defective or damaged upon delivery)

✔ Perishable goods or items sensitive to storage conditions

✔ Change of mind is not a valid reason for cancellation

🔁 Return & Refund Process

✔ Contact us at thehealthyardshop@gmail.com or via the website chat box within 7 days of delivery.

✔ Include your Order Number, photo & video proof of the issue, and reason for return.

✔ We’ll review your request and provide further instructions within 2–3 working days.

Once approved, you may:

✔ Return the item via courier (we will provide the return address), or

✔ Get a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on your preference and item availability.

💸 Refund Timeline

✔ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days upon approval.

✔ Refunds will be issued via your debit card, GCash, or as store credit, depending on your preference.
